Used furniture of all kinds and old lamps are mostly authentic collector's items in the original condition and therefore

no longer comply with the current guidelines and must have it checked by a specialist before commissioning.

 

RENTALS


Our furniture is available for rent to all prop stylists and photographers architects any many more

Ask us for more information. We do not currently offer rentals for stage productions or corporate events.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES


14 days right of return except for objects that are made to customer specification.

The deadline for the customer to complain to WORKUNDERGROUND regarding defects that the customer discovers during

his inspection is 48 hours from the handover of the delivery to the customer. As soon as the customer has informed

WORKUNDERGROUND of a defect, WORKUNDERGROUND is obliged to forward this information to the partner immediately.​ 

We ship all items in proper and secure packaging. Please take a photo of your package from the outside and inside

as soon as it is delivered by the shipping company. For example, we may request compensation from

ourinsurance partner. In this case, the images serve as proof that we have complied with our packaging

specifications and are therefore not liable for any damage. Please note that you will be liable for damage to an

item that is not properly documented, especially when shipping items valued at more than EUR 3,000, we strongly

recommend that you photograph the packaging. We try to use packaging materials consciously and

sustainably in order to reduce waste and keep the environmental impact as low as possible.

SHIPPING


For shipping quotes on items going local delivery and international location, please

contact us and we can guide you through your shipping options. We use a fully-insured white glove shipping

service for the majority of our long distance shipping.  After your order is picked up from our showroom,

deliveries will take approximately 2-3 weeks. For smaller items, we pack them ourselves and ship them via DHL.

All shipping orders will have a tracking number.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CO2 NEUTRAL

 

Workunderground offsets 100% of the estimated carbon emissions caused by shipping for completed sales.

 

VINTAGE

If you buy vintage or antique furniture as a customer or we as a work underground, we reduce the ecological footprint together,

because there is less waste. Due to the demand for new materials, the lifespan of the products we use is getting

shorter and longer. Subsequent generations will thank us.

 

 

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY

All orders are delivered to the curb at the address provided via our Transport Experts and Knowledgeable Drivers.

There is also the possibility that you as a buyer organize the transport yourself, this is always possible by arrangement.

Transport to your home is your responsibility. You should get help from your family member or friend.

Delivery to your home is available for a surcharge and prior arrangement with us. The transport company will

always contact you by phone or email one day before delivery to clarify the delivery date.

The transport company will not unpack the delivery, a signature is required upon delivery.

 

 

DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME

All orders are brought to the entrance of your home by our transport experts and knowledgeable drivers or team.

In exceptions for bulky, large and heavy items/furniture, we recommend that you additionally seek help from your

get a family member or friend as there are only two drivers at a time.

The transport company will always contact you by phone or email one day before delivery to clarify the delivery date.

The transport company will not unpack the delivery, a signature is required upon delivery.

TRANSPORT

When you receive your order, please check everything carefully. Visible damage, missing parts or wrong goods or

other abnormalities, please note any issues on the delivery note and contact us within

48 hours of delivery. Please make sure that a signed delivery note without a note and note regarding existing

and existing new defects, missing parts or wrong delivery of goods, confirms a presentation and acceptance

of the order on your part in perfect condition.
